Monday - Friday - Position of work can be Holywood, Bangor or East Belfast Amazing company with numerous growth opportunities. Salary:
Negotiable + Fantastic Benefits package & Progression Responsibilities: Mortgage and protection business processing and submissions. Customer update calls. Mortgage lender and protection provider calls to progress applications. Customer service calls, asking for reviews, updating customers. Dealing with general customer queries. Answering inbound customer calls. Meeting daily activity targets. Working within a team to take on administrative duties. Dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders. The Ideal Person: Criteria: 1 year's experience in an administrative role ideally in a financial services role. Desired skills: Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to understand complex information clearly. Work well within a team. Natural eye for detail.
