Provide an excellent level of Customer Service Be able to connect with Customers in writing and verbally Adhere to all legal, regulatory, compliance and audit requirements at all times Develop a sound knowledge of the Mortgage process Perform processing tasks to defined levels of efficiency and accuracy, working within departmental policies and procedures Enforce the Bank's core values to enable success, teamwork and excellent customer service What will make you stand out?

The Home Buying & Ownership department is responsible for the end to end processing of new and existing mortgages consisting of all administrative tasks whilst meeting legal, regulatory, compliance and audit requirements.
