Key Responsibilities Supporting the directors / advisers. Pre-meeting preparation. Accurately maintain all records on client management system and update promptly. Checking documentation. Communicating with customers. Chasing lenders / solicitors and any other third party for case progression. Answer incoming calls, responding to client and provider queries as appropriate. Requirements Ideally you should have 2+ years as an Administrator. CeMAP or equivalent would be a bonus but not essential. Strong & clear communicator able to speak with clients at all levels. Organised problem solver who has excellent attention to detail. A good practical understanding of Microsoft Office. Great people skills and a desire to learn / improve. For the right individual, we would look at progression into advice or management, and the business would support you to achieve this. This is a full-time role from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
