Mortgage PA & Administrator As a PA, you will be supporting the existing mortgage and protection advisers. Full training, support, and guidance is provided. The office is fun and friendly with a work-hard attitude to move things along smoothly. This role is varied, and therefore all-round administration skills are essential. Experience of buy-to-lets, limited company buy-to-lets, commercial, and bridging is preferred but not necessary. Your daily tasks will consist of the following: Assisting mortgage advisers with speaking to lenders Submitting agreement in principals Submitting formal mortgage and protection applications Managing the company CRM Speaking with mortgage lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and insurers Maintaining exceptional client relationships Copying and scanning relevant documents Experience and Qualifications: Must have office experience Confident telephone manner Attention to detail Process-driven Must be well versed in computer literacies such as Word & Excel Keen desire to learn and excel Prior experience with limited company buy-to-lets and bridging finance The Benefits: Personal Development Free weekends (Employed is Monday to Friday) Social events as a team Being part of a growing team If you are ambitious and hungry looking for your next big opportunity and want to be part of a company that believes heavily in progression, look no further and apply here now.
