Your role is to support the Mortgage Adviser in all administrative duties related to the mortgage and protection application process, following cases through to completion. This role is all about ensuring client expectations are managed throughout the process and they have a positive experience using our service. You will need to package each case correctly before submission, ensuring you have all of the required documentation for both compliance purposes and for the respective lender. Your role is pivotal to the success of the business and a professional and positive manner is key. You will be liaising with lenders, solicitors and clients on a daily basis. Responsibilities and Duties

Proactively liaise with clients to request documentation, checking the documentation that is provided is correct and compliant with network standards. Upload all documentation onto the company’s data management system (Smartr365). Send out Fact Finds to clients and ensure they are filled out correctly. Regularly liaise with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status and proactively progress mortgage applications through to completion. Answer incoming calls and emails. Open post and distribute. Update central database weekly to allow case information to be accessed by the accounts department for invoicing purposes. Ensure the filing system is up to date. Qualifications / Strengths

A minimum of one year’s mortgage administration experience. CeMAP Qualified advantageous but not necessary. Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently. Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral. The ability to self-manage workloads, set daily priorities and have the confidence to balance varying tasks throughout the day. Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service. A team player with ability to use own initiative. Job Type:

£14,000.00-£15,250.00 per year Expected hours:
