The successful candidate will support our mortgage advisers in all aspects of loan application administration, from initial enquiry through to loan completion. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations, handling client updates, managing documentation, and assisting with compliance and other ad hoc administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Request and verify references relevant to each mortgage application (from lenders, accountants, solicitors, etc.). Compile and send updates to brokers and clients throughout the application and offer stages, and follow up with relevant parties for updates. Chase cases nearing expiration with introducers/clients. Regularly update the CRM system with accurate details, ensuring all cases are up to date. Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally. Input enquiries into the CRM system for advisers. Review case documentation to ensure accuracy and that all requested information is present. Instruct and manage the valuation process for relevant lenders. Assist with various ad hoc administrative tasks across the business, including sales, compliance, and marketing. Experience required: Previous experience in administrative roles, with a preference for experience within the financial services industry, particularly property finance. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with brokers, borrowers, and lenders. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to manage own workload, meet deadlines, and work independently.
