Role Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at TS Mortgage Specialists who are seeking an experienced mortgage advisor that is driven to succeed and deliver the right outcome for our clients. You will be responsible for advising and guiding clients through the mortgage and house buying process, helping them achieve their dream objectives. You will benefit from a great office environment with the flexibility to also work from home.
This role is a self-employed position; however, for the right candidate, the Company would consider employed.
What We Offer
OTE - £35,000- £60,000
70/30 split for self-generated
50/50 for referrals provided
Flexible hours

Requirements
Proven Experience & Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of experience as a mortgage adviser, with CeMap qualification or equivalent required.
Driven Professionals: Ambitious individuals who are self-motivated and have a keen interest in advancing their careers within the mortgage industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
