Job Overview
Provide advice and arranging various types of mortgages including, but not limited to; residential mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages, remortgages and product transfers Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to understand their situation and overall goals Cross-selling insurance products from market leading insurers Delivering high levels of detailed client care Foster and developing relationships with prospective clients Generate and retain business Assess clients' financial status, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, to determine their borrowing capacity and eligibility for various mortgage products Mortgage Adviser
Job Requirements
Fully CeMAP qualified Achieved CAS status (preferred) Previous experience working in a mortgage brokerage - 2+ years Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent understanding of mortgage and insurance products No panel exclusions IT proficiency As this role is based in the Croydon area, suitable candidates must have a reasonable commute to th area.
