As a Senior Mortgage Adviser, you will:

Advise on mortgage applications Develop and maintain client relationships Pursue new customer opportunities Originate deals and manage client relationships Structure commercial transactions exceeding 500,000 Grow new introducers and professional parties Manage and coach junior team members Assist senior leadership in strategic growth of the mortgage team Ensure strong compliance with every client and transaction Package and Benefits:

CeMAP Level 3 qualification At least three years of experience in financial institutions Experience advising on mortgages over 1m Strong understanding of FCA and MCOB regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to analyse loan applications and supporting documents Great emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills Strong numerical skills for loan calculations and repayments If you have experience as a Mortgage Consultant, Financial Adviser, Loan Officer, Mortgage Broker, or Lending Specialist, this Senior Mortgage Adviser role could be perfect for you.
