Job Profile: Mortgage Advisor - Liverpool - Allerton Road
PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking an experienced, suitably qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a very well-established partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation. The partner firm is run by one of the largest producing individual advisors in the PRIMIS North West region - a mortgage machine.
The firm has numerous introducers, including quality independent Estate Agency introducers. This role will require some exposure in both the offices of the introducer and the partner firm's Mortgage Business, alongside some WFH provision.
We are looking for an experienced CAS advisor. The business has 2 options available - a remo role within the business or a new business role, with the candidate ideally having Estate Agency exposure. The remo role may suit a less experienced advisor or an advisor transitioning from a lender into broking.
Base salary is circa £32,000 with OTE at £65,000+, however, earnings of more than this figure are achievable for the very best advisors. The role is office-based, although flexibility is available to include partial home/office working.
The role benefits from the PRIMIS circa 90 lender panel and 15 provider protection panel with no loading to premiums, ensuring the very best customer outcomes.
