Key Responsibilities: Provide high standards of professional advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products Oversee each application through to completion and liaise with administrators and other departments Gather sufficient information to identify customer’s needs Build rapport with customers and follow up on all leads Ensure all relevant documents have been completed in a timely manner What are we looking for: Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers Have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations Possess a professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages & protection The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS Check What we can offer you: Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the company Market leading training and ongoing professional development Supportive and collaborative team environnment Work closely with estate agency introducer branches with significant lead referral volumes Benefits: Competitive basic salary circa £30K plus, commission structure OTE uncapped £70-100K Quarterly and yearly awards including trips abroad Salary sacrifice pension scheme Generous Holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service up to an additional 5 days holiday per year Our partners are an equal opportunities employer and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
