We have an excellent opportunity available to join this well-established team of Advisors, with uncapped earning potential. Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm, based on-site at the company offices. You will be responsible for:
Quickly establishing rapport with clients and building relationships Handling customer queries regarding a range of mortgages on a day-to-day basis Providing high-quality service to both our customers and/or partners Meeting and exceeding set targets Ensuring you comply with FCA regulations at all times Working across a variety of commercial and secured loan cases including bridging deals - the company are willing to train Study support is offered for someone looking to gain their full CeMAP. We are looking for:
Highly professional, motivated, and team-orientated individuals, with a real desire to succeed Ideally fully CeMAP qualified or at least Level 1 qualified; the company will support further studies A general understanding of the basic principles of lending Excellent communication skills and strong numerical aptitude The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply The company is supportive and offers excellent career development and work/life balance.
