Armstrongs Mortgage Solutions provides personable, professional and expert mortgage advice to clients across Leicestershire, Coventry and Warwickshire. Due to recent growth, we are looking for a Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our vibrant and friendly team. The role is a full time, permanent position, but applications will be considered from individuals looking for a part time role. Main responsibilities:

Delivering a range of mortgage solutions to business owners and the self-employed across the Midlands. Servicing the mortgage and protection needs of clients from the Armstrongs group of companies. Supporting the clients of one of the largest independent estate agents in Coventry. Armstrongs is their preferred mortgage adviser. Operating within the Stonebridge mortgage network. Using a dedicated CRM system, designed to increase productivity and efficiency, to manage your client base. Skills and experience required:

Full CeMAP or industry equivalent Mortgage advice qualification. Experience of delivering mortgage solutions to self-employed individuals and business owners. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. IT literate (Office 365). Excellent track record of generating new business and providing protection solutions to clients. Passionate about building relationships with referral partners. Experience of working with estate agents as a referral partner is desirable. Adaptable, self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. What’s in it for you?

Basic Salary £27,000-£32,000, dependant on experience. Further income opportunities through referrals to our IFA practice in areas such as pensions and investments. Leads generated from the team at Armstrongs Chartered Accountants and our relationship with the estate agents. Central admin support. Medicash – provision of dental and optical benefits. Employee Assistance Programme. Company pension. Regular staff events. The role will be based at our offices in Hinckley, Coventry or Nuneaton and may require periodic work from the estate agent’s office in Coventry. Hours of work are 9am – 5pm.
