Working Hours Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Broker: Guiding customers through the home buying process - dealing with cases from first-time buyers, buy-to-let investors, new homeowners, refinancers, and much more. Being a point of contact for customers to advise, assist, and explain the process at various stages to ensure the customer can make informed decisions. Sourcing the best options for the clients from the whole of market and being able to explain why these options are appropriate. Liaising with our clients to ensure high service levels. Working in a team of mortgage advisors that offers support, advice, and encouragement. Skills required for this Mortgage Broker role: Full CeMAP A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a mortgage adviser Must have CAS status Excellent communication and customer service skills Great attention to detail A clean driving license and transport is desirable but not essential.
