Mortgage and Protection Advisor Job Type: Self-employed Gloucester based business but role is fully remote anywhere in UK A successful and growing principal in the Just Mortgages business is looking to grow their team ready for 2025. They are looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection advisor that is either looking to make a start in the self-employed world or is currently a self-employed advisor that is looking for a new home. The business owner has a successful track record of helping those new to the broker world enter the self-employed market and build an excellent pipeline and OTE in the first year and beyond. Benefits Generous commission splits up to 90% (dependant on experience) Uncapped earning potentials Loads of support provided for all experience backgrounds Full training and ongoing coaching provided Full Marketing library Lead generation support Key responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor with Just Mortgages: Provide
expert Mortgage and Protection advice
to clients. Assess
clients' financial situations
and recommend suitable protection products. Build
and
maintain relationships
with clients and lenders. Stay updated on
industry trends
and
regulations . Deliver
exceptional customer service
throughout the process. Key Skills: CeMap
qualified or equivalent Proven experience as an Advisor with a track record of
successful client outcomes
(desirable not essential). Strong
communication
and
interpersonal
skills Experience of Financial Services
