Mortgage and Protection Advisor Job Type: Self-employed Location: Gloucester based business but role is fully remote anywhere in UK A successful and growing principle in the Just Mortgages business is looking to grow their team ready for 2025. They are seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor who is either looking to start in the self-employed world or is currently a self-employed advisor seeking a new opportunity. The business owner has a successful track record of helping those new to the broker world enter the self-employed market and build an excellent pipeline and OTE in the first year and beyond. Benefits Generous commission splits up to 90% (dependent on experience) Uncapped earning potential Extensive support provided for all experience backgrounds Full training and ongoing coaching provided Comprehensive marketing library Lead generation support Key Responsibilities: Provide

expert Mortgage and Protection advice

to clients. Assess

clients' financial situations

and recommend suitable protection products. Build

and

maintain relationships

with clients and lenders. Stay updated on

industry trends

and

regulations . Deliver

exceptional customer service

throughout the process. Key Skills: CeMap

qualified or equivalent Proven experience as an Advisor with a track record of

successful client outcomes

(desirable but not essential) Strong

communication

and

interpersonal

skills Experience in Financial Services
