Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mortgage Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, providing expert advice on financial products, and ensuring that clients secure the best possible mortgage solutions tailored to their needs. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and lenders will be crucial in helping individuals achieve their home ownership dreams. Duties Assess clients' financial situations and advise on suitable mortgage products. Liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms for clients. Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market and regulatory changes. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Experience Proven experience in financial services is highly desirable. Strong understanding of basic maths to accurately assess financial data and calculations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
