Mortgage Completions Officer Fareham, Hampshire £22,500 starting salary + bonus (With a Completions pathway to Senior and the opportunity to progress to Processing) Monday to Friday – 37.5 hour working week. Your Recruitment People are recruiting for a Mortgage Completions Officer to join a vibrant and expanding Mortgage Intermediary Company. The primary role will be to help guide the clients' mortgage application smoothly from the point of a mortgage offer to its completion; liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to coordinate the provision of documents and information required. They will assist mortgage advisors with transactions, providing product knowledge and administrative support. Role Responsibilities: Updating clients on the progress of their transaction Communicating with lenders Communicating with solicitors/conveyancers Ensuring that all cases are progressing smoothly by following up outstanding documents/information with all parties. Regularly chasing lenders and solicitors Regularly updating clients Maintaining internal records & looking after sensitive data Ideal Candidate: Excellent time management skills Able to carry out data entry tasks at a good pace, whilst ensuring high levels of accuracy A strong attention to detail Experience of having worked in a regulated environment. Product knowledge from some key lenders across the market Able to work to potential deadlines that are often requested by clients. Location: The offices are based near Fareham, just off the M27 or a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station and are commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Havant, Cosham, and other surrounding areas. It is also located close to local amenities, a post office, and shops.
