Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a Qualified Mortgage & Protection Consultant to join our fast-growing, award-winning company and group. We are looking for an exceptional person who has the skills, attributes, and drive to improve our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process. You will need to be adaptable, self-motivated, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You must also have basic computer skills including an understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working Hours:

9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends, depending on the requirements of some clients. Location:

Main responsibilities of a Mortgage and Protection Advisor: Building relationships and liaising with the Estate Agency teams in order to provide training and support to maximise lead generation. Attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment. Walking our customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs. Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships. Organising and managing your day to maximise all opportunities. Skills and experience required to be a successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor: Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification. Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems). A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Salary dependant on experience. All applicants must submit a CV and covering letter.
