What is important is that you have previous experience working in financial services (or similar) with the ability to work well on the telephone. It would be advantageous if you have previous experience in the mortgage underwriting process; however, training will be provided. You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service with the ability to pay meticulous attention to detail. Taking into consideration the nature of the role, you will be confident working in a demanding environment and juggling simultaneous priorities whilst doing the right thing for colleagues, customers and the bank. What is equally important to us is that you can work well as part of a team and possess a can-do attitude with the ability to challenge but in a constructive manner. Your communication skills will need to be strong (both verbal and written) with the ability to manage a busy workload and maximise your personal productivity. What’s in it for you…
