Strategize, delegate, and lead by example to meet ambitious branch goals. Track and report performance to keep operations transparent and results-driven. Maximize efficiency, manage resources wisely, and keep the branch aligned with compliance standards. Make your mark at marketing and networking events to enhance visibility and growth.
What You Bring to the Table Proven experience in the UK insurance market, especially motor trade. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Confidence in broking or underwriting, with a Cert CII qualification preferred. A natural ability to lead, inspire, and deliver exceptional results.
