Motor Liability Claims Handler
Location: Chelmsford, Essex Job Type: Permanent Ref: SJP220205 Liability Claims Handlers to join an expanding team. Responsible for handling from cradle to grave a portfolio of disputed motor liability claims - this includes investigating, reserving, and negotiating settlement of the claims. You will make accurate liability assessments on claims and manage the process, liaising with all parties throughout the claim. As a Liability Claims Handler, you will be required to build policyholder confidence by developing rapport through effective communication, validate each claim against policy coverage, arrange for payment to be made within authority levels and liaise between internal teams, third-party suppliers, and policyholders. We are seeking applications from individuals who have motor liability claims handling experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be a capable and confident negotiator and have a proven track record in dealing with liability disputes.
