MPJ Recruitment Ltd are proud to be supporting one of our law firm clients on the role of Motor Claims Handler based in their office in Orpington, Kent.
The client has been trading for over 10 years and invests heavily in the training and support of their staff development along with keeping their technical expertise up to date.
Motor Litigation Paralegal Role:
As a Litigation Executive, you will be responsible for managing and progressing your portfolio of small track RTA claims proactively and correctly whilst keeping relevant parties updated. You will run the cases from pre-litigation through to settlement by obtaining relevant evidence to support liability and quantum. You will ensure that you review and reply to all correspondence and emails within our service level agreements, ensuring you keep the clients regularly updated. If the claim is not capable of settlement pre-issue, you will be required to draft and issue legal proceedings, prepare evidence for hearings and witness statements, instruct Barristers/Counsel to attend hearings, whilst complying with all court directions and deadlines.
