Aviva is seeking a dynamic and experienced Motor Underwriting Analyst to join our Motor Underwriting team. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to make a significant impact on the market-leading Motor Pricing and Underwriting.
It's an exciting time to join Aviva's personal lines business. After a period of profitable growth, we're moving to expand some of our key teams in data, analytics, pricing, underwriting, and trading.
A bit about the job:
Evaluate data and identify opportunities to support ambitious Growth Plans for Personal Lines Van and Telematic/Connect Car Accounts
Collaborate across our end-to-end motor teams to create a pipeline of continuous improvements that support our profitable growth ambitions
Be a key contributor to the development of our people and technical capabilities
Ensure fair treatment of customers and effective risk management
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Extensive experience in Motor Underwriting Experience, preference specialist in Van and Telematics
Ability to analyse and deliver insights from a broad range of data sets
Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking, strong financial and statistical knowledge with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
Good Knowledge on Regulatory and Compliance requirements
Desirable to have relevant industry qualification (i.e. CII DIPCII, ACII) and / or data analytical experience

Starting salary between £50,000 and £75,000(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
