30,000 to 60,000

depending on experience, with additional

productivity bonuses

that can significantly boost your earnings. Key Responsibilities: Carry out detailed mechanical assessments on a wide range of vehicles Detect and report visual defects and unusual driving behaviours Perform high-quality repairs to ensure vehicles are ready for retail Install accessories and components as directed by the sales team Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used, in line with warranty requirements Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and recommend effective repair solutions Maintain workshop equipment by adhering to maintenance schedules and promptly reporting any issues Keep the workshop clean and organised to ensure a safe working environment Deliver work to the highest standards to ensure customer satisfaction and minimise repeat repairs Requirements: Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic Ideally, hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in motor vehicle repair (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines A solid understanding of manufacturer standards for servicing and repairs A full, clean UK driving licence is essential You must have the right to work in the UK These are permanent positions, offering long-term career stability and growth.
