Our client is looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join their team in Hatfield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing service, diagnostic, and repair tasks with precision and efficiency, focusing on diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electronic issues on the first attempt.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform repairs and services in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations. Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service. Provide guidance to trainees and support colleagues with diagnostic expertise.

Requirements:

Candidates certified to Level 3 in Motor Mechanics. EV trained is an Advantage. Experience working in a main dealership is essential.

The Package:

Basic salary £40,000, with an OTE of £50k + Company Benefits. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Saturday Rota 8am-12pm. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to excel in an established workshop and team environment.
