We are excited to be recruiting for a Motor Vehicle Technician. This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing motor groups.

As a Motor Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for the service, repair and maintenance work for our customers’ vehicles, readying them for the road ahead.

Representing a variety of manufacturers and carrying out work on a diverse range of vehicles and models, you will take great pride in your work, taking complete ownership of your customers and completing your jobs to the highest standard.

An average day as a Motor Vehicle Technician…

Utilising your expanding knowledge of our manufacturer’s vehicles and features you will be responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of our customers vehicles to an exemplary standard within our state of the art workshop

Working as part of a capable and motivated team, you will complete all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards

You will accurately and skilfully complete and provide diagnostic reports on our customers vehicles

In accordance with manufacture, warranty and dealer requirements, you will complete relevant service documentation, including job sheets, PDIs and service reports.

Upon the completion of jobs, through the use of diagnostic equipment and road testing, you will check the level and quality of work that has been carried out.

About you…

We consider candidates from all backgrounds who have experience working in the Automotive sector within a technical role

As a minimum, you will be qualified to Level 2 NVQ, or equivalent, in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

You will have fantastic communication skills and thrive working in a challenging yet rewarding environment

You will have the ability to work well under pressure - It will be your technical ability that will help you overcome any challenge that is thrown your way.

An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided

MOT Licence would also be beneficial but not essential

Hold a full UK driving licence
