Motor Winder

to join our service centre team in Leeds. You will play a key role in the repair, rewinding, and refurbishment of various motors, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. Main tasks and responsibilities: Carry out detailed repairs on motors, including disassembly, inspection, and rewinding of coils using insulated wires, ensuring motors meet original specifications. Overhaul motors by cleaning, replacing worn components, and restoring them to optimal working condition. Diagnose faults in motor performance and efficiency, ensuring all defects are addressed during the repair process. Contribute to team performance by sharing knowledge and learning new techniques to enhance repair and refurbishment processes. Types of motors we work with: High-voltage motors Low-voltage motors What we are looking for: While experience with the specific motors listed above is ideal, we are open to candidates with general motor repair experience.
