We have an amazing opportunity to join the team at Vertu BMW Motorrad Rotherham selling New and Used Motorcycles!
We are offering a basic salary of £22,000 and with an additional bonus opportunity enabling you to earn an OTE of £45,000 plus a range of company benefits. We are fully committed to delivering our colleagues flexibility that allows them to balance their work life and home life as well as delivering them a great place to work. You will be required to assist customers through the purchase of their motorcycle from viewing and test ride to finance options and delivery. Informing the customer on finance, insurance and accessory products, naturally building a rapport with customers to help identify their needs.
Having an interest in Motorcycles is an absolute must to be considered. We are looking for passionate people to join our Sales team who enjoy and can share their knowledge and passion of the motorcycle world.
Previous selling experience is NOT essential as we offer comprehensive industry leading training in the form of both virtual online platforms and the more traditional physical classroom training. We offer all of our own in-house training programs and we have industry leading technology that helps us gain the edge on our competitors which the successful candidate will be trained to use. A full motorcycle licence is obviously preferred, but NOT essential as we will consider all prospective learners on the understanding that a full licence will be obtained within a defined period of time agreed by all parties.
