Become the driving force for our success and guide our team to reach new heights. 5 day week, Sunday and one fixed week day off per week. Requirements: Full car and motorcycle licence is mandatory. Must be presentable, articulate, numerate, literate, and able to deal professionally with people from all walks of society. Must be very comfortable working with modern IT systems. Should have enthusiasm for motorcycles. Good exam results at minimum of Scottish Higher Grade level or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Strong interest in motorcycles and motors. Some work experience, preferably in a managerial position with supervision of others in the motor industry. Experience with or a strong aptitude for sales. Strong practical and theoretical understanding of IT systems, including software and hardware. Responsibilities: All aspects of motorcycle sales, including dealing with customers and managing used and new stock. Administration of online adverts and managing all stages in the sale and advertising of stock. Assisting in the preparation of motorcycles for sale. Organising promotions, copy and advert writing, online and print. Managing a small team of sales personnel and handling personnel matters, including training, discipline, and hiring. This job will be based at our Cupar branch. Experienced candidates preferred but training will be given in all areas where required. You will be at the helm of our dynamic team.
