Service Engineer

The Role As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing Caravans and Motorhomes while ensuring customer satisfaction. This dynamic position allows for flexible working arrangements tailored to your needs, whether full-time, part-time, or condensed hours. Key Responsibilities of the Service Engineer Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime for clients Collaborate with the wider team to deliver excellent customer service Maintain accurate records of all work conducted, ensuring compliance with company standards Key Requirements of the Service Engineer Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role Preferable you will have a MCEA Qualification and/or willingness gain qualification Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Company Benefits Competitive salary of up to £42,000, dependent on experience Flexible working options, including part-time or condensed hours Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work Supportive and inclusive company culture with opportunities for career progression Note on Sponsorship: We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorisation for this role.
