Employee Car Scheme (dependent on production and availability of cars) Family run business and friendly culture Specialist training with BMW UK BMW accreditation Ongoing development and achievable career path State of the art facility and working environment Life Assurance Scheme Your Responsibilities Carry out service, diagnostic and repair work efficiently to complete repair orders to BMW standards, including service check sheets and necessary reports. Assist in setting up Motorrad diagnostics, warranty and booking in processes. Coach and train new Motorrad technicians. Work with customers on technical and warranty cases. Collaborate with the management team to ensure high customer satisfaction. What we're looking for NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualified with extensive experience in a Franchised Centre (ideally in a BMW / Prestige centre). Technical knowledge and passion for BMW products and technology. Highly skilled at fault diagnosis and delivering first-time fixes. Ability to work autonomously within given timescales. Attention to detail and compliance with warranty write-ups. Motivated team player, willing to support others. Strong interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills. Thorough knowledge of computer applications and diagnosis equipment.
