Salary Information The annual salary for this position is estimated to be around £65,000, considering the location and industry standards. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to join our client's team in Plymouth. As a key member of the technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, resolving technical issues, and developing the skills of your colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance and support to Engineering Technicians, Technicians, and Apprentices. Contribute to meetings discussing engineering status and resource deployment. Investigate and resolve technical issues using systematic problem-solving techniques. Support Shift Technicians in their investigations and implement countermeasures. Develop and maintain critical equipment settings and standards. Your Qualifications: HNC or Degree level education in Engineering/Mechatronics or a similar field of study. Proven experience in leading technical teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and leadership skills.
