We have the opportunity for Staff Nurses to join our clinic team; we have full & part time roles available.

Are you passionate about the delivery of high-quality nursing care in a Wound Clinic setting?

Does wound healing and wound aetiology fascinate you?

Are you looking for a new challenge and to expand your knowledge and skills in a growing service striving toward excellence in wound care?

Would you like training, support, and personalized ongoing professional development into a variety of career pathways?

If yes, a position in our Community Wound Care Clinic teams could be for you!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Nurse to join our North Alliance Wound Care Clinic Service. We are a professional, skilled, and friendly team who work safely with our patients in North Staffordshire to provide innovative, high-quality, evidence-based wound care.

Our service operates Monday-Friday (including Bank Holidays) - 08:45 - 17:00. We have 16 clinics across the North Staffordshire locality. You may be expected to travel to different Clinic sites as not all clinics operate each working day. You will be provided with a base clinic at one of our sites.

Main duties of the job

You will be providing holistic care to patients who attend our Wound Care Clinics, including assessment, planning, and delivering care in line with our Trust's Tissue Viability Treatment Pathways. You will be able to work autonomously within policies and guidelines, as well as work effectively within the team.

By joining this supportive and dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge of wound healing, factors that prevent healing, and to provide optimum care for patients with a wide variety of wounds. There will be training provided to enhance your skills to enable you to work as an independent clinician providing high-quality patient care.
