JOB DESCRIPTION

Personal Assistant

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am an 11 year old boy living in the Tonypandy area, I live with my parents and my older sister, and we have a cat and a dog. I am a happy loving child, I love people and have a good sense of humour. I am very active; when at home I enjoy watching my iPad and messy play like playdough. When I go out I like to go swimming and shopping – I can occasionally run off if I see something I want, so will need someone to make sure I am safe at all times.

I have been diagnosed with a rare and serious liver condition named Biliary Atresia; I am currently on the transplant list, so could receive a call at any time if a donor is available. I also have an additional diagnosis of ASD and Global Developmental Delay which impacts my daily functioning. I am non-verbal, so I use my hands to communicate; once you get to know me, you will learn my way of communicating. I am a fussy eater; my favourite meal is chicken nuggets, and I like fruit shoots and sweets as well.
