As a Senior Radiographer at our Tunbridge Wells site, you'll have a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), a postgraduate qualification in MRI and high levels of technical knowledge. Ideally, you'll also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately. As a Senior Radiographer, you will: See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload - in the department, on the ward and in theatre Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment and facilities Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures Supervise and develop junior colleagues Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion Helping you feel good. The hospital has been established since 1968 and offers free parking for patients, consultants and staff. The surgical ward has 28 beds and nurse patients who have undergone orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, plastic surgery ENT and breast surgery, to name a few.
