Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a small and reputable Chartered Surveying Practice specialising in Historic & Listed Buildings preservation , restoration and conservation and operating predominantly in the Cotswold's area, to appoint an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor to join their team. Duties will include

: Building Surveys, predominantly RICS Level 3 and some Level 2. Commercial Surveys. Maintenance and dilapidations inspections, schedules, and negotiations, construction design and management for a range of commercial, residential and heritage projects.

Essential requirements: MRICS qualification and 5 + years of experience. Full driver's licence and own vehicle. Be an organised and reliable team member. Have a working knowledge of planning and heritage legislation and Building Regulations. Onsite experience, project management & contract administration (JCT suite). Practice management experience will be an advantage.
