As an MRICS Quantity Surveyor working for a Birmingham based Construction Consultancy, you will be able to add real value and impact, where you will have the opportunity to become integral to the wider organisation.
The successful and ideal MRICS Quantity Surveyor candidate will be involved in property & construction schemes from inception to completion, with responsibilities which include but won't be limited to: Employer's Agent Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion Cost planning Cost management Value engineering Tender management Financial reporting Budget management Valuations Change control Development cashflow forecasting PERSON
Possessing a positive “can-do” attitude, the suitable person for the MRICS Quantity Surveyor vacancy based in Birmingham, must be able to demonstrate previous clear understanding and experience within a Quantity Surveying setting. You must also be required to show experience across a project life cycle from inception to completion. RICS, MRICS or working chartership Fantastic communication skills face to face Professional, collaborative, team focused mindset Experience autonomously delivering projects Ability to manage own workload Prior experience working for a Construction Consultancy REMUNERATION
