This consultancy focuses on projects ranging from residential developments to museums and student accommodation, handling projects valued between £50 million and £100 million. MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor Role As the MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for running the team and managing various projects. This role involves overseeing a range of high-value assignments while ensuring that quality and client satisfaction are consistently maintained. You will be responsible for: Leading and managing the quantity surveying team Managing pre and post-contract tasks Mentoring junior colleagues Preparing cost reports and tender documentation Collaborating with clients and stakeholders The MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor requirements BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree MRICS or currently working towards it Experience within a private practice/consultancy Strong pre and post-contract knowledge Capable of supporting with team management and mentoring Proficient in Microsoft software, especially Word and Excel In return Salary of £70,000 - £80,000 28 days holiday + bank holidays Life Insurance Critical Illness Cover Pension scheme Hybrid working Bonus scheme Positive workplace culture Excellent progression opportunities If you are a MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting move like this, please contact Hannah Gordon at Ernest and Florent.
