It involves optimising working capital, raw materials, and packaging through strategic use of planning tools and systems to achieve cost-effective outcomes. Additionally, the position leads the MRP function, driving the implementation of best-in-class systems and controls to enhance overall operational excellence. Responsibilities include: Lead the MRP function to optimise stock control, change management, and inventory systems. Coordinate supply chain activities for new product launches, ensuring customer satisfaction and cost efficiency. Collaborate with planning to align inventory policies with working capital targets. Establish vendor rating systems to ensure material availability and supplier confidence. Manage MRP systems (SAP/Iren) and improve ordering processes to meet rolling capital targets. Facilitate monthly supplier reviews and report key material risks during S&OP meetings. Drive improvement projects to reduce waste, costs, and manage obsolete stock. Collaborate with purchasing on contractual obligations and escalate critical supplier issues. Conduct regular 1:1s with team members (7 direct reports), setting objectives and development plans. About you The ideal candidate should have proven experience in supply chain operations, preferably within a fast-paced consumer goods environment, along with management expertise. Familiarity with SAP is an advantage but not mandatory. We want someone who will lead and role model to the Refresco core values - agile, responsible, excellent, passionate and entrepreneurial.
