What the role involves

• Support teams in local markets around the globe.
• This team works closely together with the product architecture and automation organizations to build new central infrastructure capable of supporting components of GTT’s Managed Se.
• Design and development of GTT’s Managed Services infrastructure platforms.
• Continuous improvement of the existing infrastructure platforms.
• Last escalation points for operational support of infrastructure platforms.

Skills and requirements

• Advanced knowledge of designing and implementing central hosting solutions based on the supporting technologies listed below.
• X86 server hardware (Dell, HPE).
• Layer2/3switching solutions (Cisco Nexus, Nvidia Mellanox, Aruba CX).
• Public Cloud Providers: AWS, Azure, GCP.
