4 days from home ) Job Summary The Business Intelligence Developer will support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards for the Princess Alexandra Hospital’s BI system. This role involves working with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality reporting solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and efficient service delivery. Duties Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in an agile environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and responsive BI services. Assist in designing the reporting architecture for the PAH BI solution. Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports for performance. Provide training to staff on BI tools. Support a culture of customer service and continuous improvement within the BI team. Work with internal teams to implement best BI practices. Ensure efficient and high-quality development of BI solutions. Advanced T-SQL skills. Advanced SQL Server on-premise, with experience of SSIS and SSRS. Good understanding of database/data warehouse development. Requirements Strong SQL skills (T-SQL), with experience in

Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with

SSIS, SSRS , and

SSAS. Advanced knowledge of

Excel

and

Office

tools. Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science,

Information Technology ,

Data Science , or
