Qualifications
Degree qualification or equivalent level of study at Masters level or above Current registration as AHP Knowledge and Experience
Post graduate knowledge in a related specialist area gained through study days, short courses and experience Understanding of current legislation and professional body standards (NMC/HCPC) and their implementation in practice Understanding of Health and safety and personal safety issues Good financial awareness and resource control to operate within budget Leading, managing and motivating staff including performance management and staff development to deliver high quality results Working at an advanced practice level in MSK Specialty Understanding of current and emerging health and social care policy and strategies Risk assessment and management and identifying and managing risk Managing successful change programmes, working across clinical service areas to improve and develop service delivery Skills and Abilities
