An opportunity has arisen within the Dorset Musculoskeletal (MSK) Interface Service for a motivated and dynamic clinician to increase their contribution to the Peripheral MSK team. We are keen to recruit to these vacant hours internally from our existing talented team of MSK Practitioners. This is a part-time post. The post holder may be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. There is a strong drive for quality improvement across the service and for the development and delivery of a robust clinical governance agenda. Therefore, you will support the service leads and ACP team to monitor and improve standards within the service through involvement in supervision, evidence-based practice, clinical audit, research, and education. The team is based over many sites in Dorset, and travel across the county to different sites on a regular basis needs to be assumed. Given the part-time nature of the role and that of others in the service and wider system, flexibility of working pattern is required, and this will need to be considered alongside other demands in a working portfolio.
