Volantes Technical Recruitment are seeking Licensed engineers for the role of MST Licensed Aircraft Engineer working permanently 5/5/4 in the South of England for a leading MRO in the UK. We are open to both B1's and B2's.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Line Scheduled and Unscheduled/AOG service delivery/certification to exceed our client's expectations while remaining in compliance with Group policies and procedures. Working as part of a small team and individually with responsibility to co-ordinate Line and AOG events to conclusion. Responsible for ensuring that the allocated MST vehicle is always properly provisioned, clean, and ready for service prior to leaving shift. Accountable for Compliance with all procedures detailed within the Maintenance Organisation Expositions (EASA/CAA). Accountable for Compliance with all company health and safety policies, procedures and COSHH requirements. Accountable for Compliance with all procedures listed in the current Staff Company Handbook. Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:

Essential

UKCAA Engineer License with at least one aircraft type rating. Completed a recognised apprenticeship or degree in Aeronautical Engineering. 2 years' experience in Line/Base certifying staff with experience in AOG support roles, preferably in mobile support. Working knowledge of Aviation regulatory framework. Extensive experience of aircraft maintenance and operations standards and practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Holds a valid Passport and UK Driving Licence. Flexible and able to travel at short notice.
