New Horizons are seeking a talented and dynamic Multi-Channel Marketer to join their growing organisation. This role is integral to enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, and ensuring consistent messaging across various digital and traditional marketing channels.
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid ads, SEO, and offline initiatives. Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences for recruitment campaigns. Social Media Management: Oversee all social platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking. Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts, using data to refine strategies and optimise ROI. SEO/SEM: Drive organic and paid search traffic through keyword optimisation, content strategy, and targeted advertising. Brand Consistency: Ensure messaging and visual identity align across all channels and resonate with the company's mission and values. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants, sales teams, and external vendors to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
