Are you an experienced multi drop driver looking for a new opportunity? We are searching for drivers to join our expanding Transport team in Aylesford.
You will work 5 shifts out of 7, working an average of 48 hours per week, starting at 4am.
You will be working on a
full time, permanent basis
and in return will receive a
salary
of £30,000 per annum! Overtime will be paid at a rate of time and a half. There are also term time only driver positions available for those searching for a flexible position based around school holidays. Where will you be driving: London, Kent and surrounding areas What will you be doing: Multidrop deliveries of fresh produce to customers Defect reporting ensuring vehicle checks are completed daily before departure and all orders are loaded correctly Ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner and excellent service is given to the customer Collection of goods to the main depot Full training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate is comfortable with the routes. What Key Skills / Experience do you need: Reliable and professional Integrity / Strong work ethic Excellent communication skills with ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and customers Ability to work effectively under pressure Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise Adaptable and able to make decisions Experience in a similar work environment would be an advantage A little bit about us: Watts Farms is a third-generation family-run farming business, established in 1952.
