Multi-Site Manager - Newcastle
£40,000 per annum plus 10% KPI related bonus
42.5 hours per week.
Monday – Friday, with a typical expectation of 1 weekend in 3-4.

Our Multi-Site Manager’s lead a number of high-functioning teams across multiple sites within each designated region, delivering effective management and support across sites to ensure brand standards and customer service excellence are upheld.
Coordinate with Resident Management team
Adapt easily to changing situations and resolve issues promptly with a customer-first attitude.
Implement and monitor health and safety and compliance initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand knowledge is communicated across all locations to enhance customer experience.
New Site Delivery
Working closely with 3 rd
party contractors, troubleshooting initial operational issues and providing support. Recruiting and training new staff on site processes and procedures. Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth integration with existing systems. Monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Who We’re Looking For Vita Student delivers a luxury, all-encompassing residential experience to our students. Our aim is to guarantee the best customer service to all residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Multi-Site Manager’s play a critical role ensuring luxury and comfort across existing sites enriched with premium customer service, whilst also overseeing the launch of new sites within the region. We are looking for: Experience managing diverse teams and operational functions across multiple sites. Operational delivery of new-site launches Delivery of a luxury / premium brand Exceptional Customer Service Ability to work various shifts and handle changing scheduling needs Strong understanding of building regulations and health & safety best practices. Passionate about delivering premium experiences to our residents. We’re looking for vibrant and enthusiastic people to join our wonderful team here at Vita Student.
