The Role The Account Manager (multi-site recruiter) will support recruitment service delivery across sites in Hampshire, Oxfordshire & Sussex, managing the recruitment of the flexible workforce across a number of our client sites in these locations. This is a hybrid position which encompasses a mixture of client management and recruitment, with frequent travel to sites required. Client Management Responsibilities: Fully understand client needs and maintain compliance with KPIs and company policies. Actively recruit candidates for specific sites. Regularly review client satisfaction and internal reports. Maintain records in line with legislative requirements and provide legislative updates. Collaborate with service centres and managers to ensure strong support. Conduct regular review meetings with clients and stakeholders. Benchmark client expectations on salary, availability, and industry activity. Recruitment Responsibilities: Conduct candidate interviews, testing, and selection to meet service standards. Provide work inductions and manage personnel performance. Ensure staff availability to cover all positions, managing sickness and holiday coverage. Oversee recruitment activities and performance management. Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a recruitment background is essential. Working knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
