Multi-Site Care Team Leader

- Days, Norfolk £15.25 (days) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme

42 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Site Care Team Leader to join the NorseCare Team working across our 35 Care Services in Norfolk on a full-time basis, working 42 hours per week on days.

What could your day look like? You will build strong relationships with colleagues, with a natural ability to lead, supervise and motivate others. Working closely with the Senior team you will support with the day-to-day management of staff across our establishments including coordinating short notice staff cover, handovers, inductions for new starters and recording/reporting around staff performance as required.

Alongside this you will set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care enabling our residents to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity in line with their care plan. This includes overseeing the administration of drugs and medicines in accordance with procedures where appropriate. Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, providing person-centred care & support and communicating with other medical professionals as required.

What are we looking for from you? We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting others through providing an exemplary care service to our residents and share our core values. Alongside this, we are looking for you to demonstrate: Full UK driving licence due to the travel between our establishments Previous experience working within a similar social care role Excellent communication skills, able to coach, mentor and motivate others Able to work effectively as both an individual as well as part of a team Willing to go that extra mile
